INSTRUMENTS CARE has a significant role in the Analytical Instrumentation field with 30 years of experience & organization setup spread over 8000 Sq Ft. area.

Our service team consists of 40 Professionals (Business Team & Technical Team) with proficiency in handling imported Analytical Instruments.

We serve more than 1000 customers spreading over South India in the field of Research Institutes, Universities, Colleges, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers/Pesticides, Food, Atomic & Thermal Power Plants, Nuclear Research, Automobiles, etc.

We are having separate Service Labs for Viscometers, UV Vis, Atomic Absorption & Fluorescence Spectrophotometers, Gas Chromatographs, HPLCs, and Centrifuges with all the latest Technical facilities for solving problems in Electronics, Monochromator, Mechanical Sections, etc. Apart from the above, we are also having a testing facility with the required Gas Distribution System, Standards, etc. to check the instrument performance after executing the repairs.

Our Calibration Lab is NABL accredited (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) for Rotational Viscometers and we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization.

We are also Supplying imported Refurbished Instruments (Classic Models) like Atomic Absorption, UV Vis Spectrophotometers, HPLC, Gas Chromatographs, Viscometers, etc., which are in brand new condition with one year Warranty and 7-10 years Spares support.

WHO WE ARE?
INSTRUMENTS CARE is a trustworthy name in the Analytical Instruments field with 30 years of experience, having a team of 40 Professionals, serving 1000 customers in South India and having organizational setup spread over 8000 Sq. Ft. area with NABL Accreditation and ISO Certification.
Our core business involves Repairing, Servicing and Calibration of various analytical instruments. We are specialized in reviving the instruments in Component level which reduces the repair cost to more than 70% by eliminating expensive board replacement. Warranty will be provided for 6 / 12 months based on the nature of the instrument.

Instrumentation OEM are sourcing components from World renowned Electronic Components Manufacturers for manufacturing the PCB boards. (SJS Thomson, Lattice, Atmel, Motorola, NEC, AMD, Hitachi ICs, FIJITZU, Mitsubishi, Philips). The boards are stringently designed in such a way that only exact parts can be replaced and there is no option for any equivalent / duplicate.

Most of the Critical parts like Source Lamp, Detectors, Motors, Display, etc. are being used in other fields like Aviation, Automobiles, Medical instruments etc., and hence they are always available with respective suppliers. Even if the manufacturers discontinue the product, sourcing of original parts will be a very easy process.

Refurbished instruments are classic instruments which are imported from USA / Canada. These instruments are sparingly used in Academic / Research Institutes, or used by suppliers for sales displays / demonstrations, or an overstock item with dealers that are no longer produced by the Manufacturers.
